"An office of the future" supported by design and digital - Hitachi

Why is “design x digital” approach effective to break through the “walls” to realize digital transformation? Many companies tend to fall into a situation where they start to adopt digital solutions before making their problems clear. So, first of all, i'ts necessary to discuss and clarify the essential issues, the path to the solution, and what goals to ultimately aim at, with all stakeholders such as management and IT departmment, etc. To that end, Hitachi recommend to utilize both "Digisn Thinking" understanding what they want to do based on user experiences including joy and emotion and creating values through new ideas and consensus building , and "Digital Use"trying out new services and businesses based on technology and data.
