Can AI Improve ALL Businesses?

Transcript: I've asserted a couple of times in this broadcast that every business on the planet can be improved 10% or more by using AI. I think a big one of these is logistics. Think of it, I don't know... think about online grocery delivery. Thousands of foods from scores of countries have to be stored and assembled into orders. And then these orders have to be picked and put together, and then that has to be shipped to an end user - flown to a place and put on a truck and then delivered. And then don't get me started on what happens when somebody wants to return merchandise. Or, what happens to the packaging that was around the goods and where it all goes and how that’s handled. Our world is a constant giant beating economic entity with goods flowing around it, like blood in a body.
